Forgotten Password

You have made a selection that can result in replacing your current Password with a randomly generated Password. To cancel, click the Cancel button. To continue, enter either your UserID or Registered E-mail Address in the appropriate block, and click the Continue button. This information will only be sent to the email address already registered with the eCENTRIA Portal.

Once you Log into the Portal using the new password, you can modify your password at anytime by clicking on the Personalize button at the top of the screen and then selecting the Profile tab.
